What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Aide - Part-time position at City of Riviera Beach?
Summary
Under close supervision, provides assistance with the after-school program, community recreation program, and special events for children, teens, adults, seniors, and other patrons. Assist the Recreation Leader in coordination, implementation, supervision and evaluation of recreation programs; and perform all related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (Education will be verified) and six (6) months of related working experience.
Florida Department of Children and Families forty (40) hour introductory childcare training certification is required or the ability to obtain within ninety (90) days of hire date.
CPR and First Aid certifications are required or the ability to obtain within thirty (30) days of hire date.
Passing a Level II background screening from the State of Florida is required. A valid Florida driver's license is required.
