- Perform tasks such as snow shoveling, lawn care, filter replacement, and building cleaning.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and small power equipment.
- Help with event setup, snow removal, and other critical services, including some night and weekend shifts.
- Load, unload, and transport materials as needed.
- Support repair and maintenance tasks like concrete work, basic carpentry, and light equipment repairs.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience in operating automotive equipment or performing manual labor (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- A valid driver's permit issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work as part of a team, and apply common sense problem-solving skills.
