The Information Technology (IT) Technician is responsible for performing highly technical professional work in support of the City's Information Technology Division.
Provide technical support to end users, including resolving issues with hardware, software, networking, and other devices. Troubleshoot and resolve network and server related issues. Perform hardware repairs, software installations/upgrades and manage system configurations.
Associate degree in Computer Science or related field and supplemented by a minimum of five years of experience in technology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.17 - $38.45 per hour
