79-24 Water Utilities Supervisor: Supervise, assign and direct crews in day-to-day operations and onsite monitoring of work locations. Guide, coach, and mentor the employees and assist them with job priorities. Ensure implementation and compliance of all policies, procedures, and regulations. Assist in defining, communicating, and holding accountable the goals and expectations for the division. Ensure cooperative shared resources and responses across the department.
Requirements: OSHA 30, C Water Operator and C Wastewater Operator licensing or higher, demonstrated ability to apply sounds independent judgement in a variety of decision- making situations, demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with a municipality desired and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Starting salary: $67, 288.00 plus comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k, Annual leave, Sick leave, Holidays, and Personal Days.
