Come work for the Behavioral Health Division's Adult Outpatient Services program as a Part-Time Clerk where you will serve as the receptionist and perform the following duties:
- Assist with Same Day Access check in process and scheduling follow up service appointments.
- Type, process, and file psychiatric evaluations and other files/correspondence.
- Monitor the expiration of 14-day letters to ensure cases are closed promptly thereafter.
- Make requests for records (to include billing documentation) from lawyers, doctors offices, hospitals and closed cases, etc. within the established guidelines.
- Enter client service entries within electronic health records.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail daily and file or route accordingly.
- Assure all filing of clinical information and submission of billing information/activities are done accurately and within the time frame required.
- Assist patients calling in with medication requests.
