Responsible for making reservations, collecting guest fees and registering customers into golf programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be knowledgeable of all programs and fee structure
Make golf reservations and collect fees through our POS system - Ability to register customers in our variety of programs
- Keep golf shop and work areas clean and organized
- Be attentive to all service needs of customers.
- Work as a team with fellow workers to provide consistent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and foster an environment, which facilitates the Exceeding Expectations (professional, responsive, leaders) philosophy of the City.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to deliver superior service.
- Computer knowledge in a Window's environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
- Ability to handle cash and point of sale experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Past experience in a service related field.
- One (1) year of full- or part-time experience in service or related field.
