Responsibilities :
Perform general administrative tasks, including managing schedules, filing, and answering calls.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, ensuring clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage correspondence.
Maintain and update records, databases, and documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and project execution.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in administrative roles or office support.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration is a plus.
