HOA Developer Manager Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare budget and cash flow projections for developer/builder clients.
- Work with the declarant to ensure communities are kept in pristine condition at all times.
- Build relationships with the declarant board and homeowners as the community grows.
- Conduct monthly common area walks with vendors.
- Perform site visit checks during landscape installation.
- Provide weekly reports to the declarant board.
- Provide monthly communication to homeowners.
- Ensure Reserve Study projects are on track and completed.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of financials.
- Operate with a cash flow budget and understand subsidy management.
- Attend monthly/quarterly builder meetings.
- Review architectural requests with the ability to evaluate plans and guidelines to make informed recommendations and decisions.
- Review and implement governing documents.
- Attend Annual and Town Hall meetings.
- Communicate at an executive level, with the ability to speak publicly and resolve matters when possible.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors and bring them together to solve unique problems for the benefit of the community.
- Previous HOA community management experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, able to type at least 30 words a minute.
- Ability to work on your own and meet deadlines
- Organized and the ability to multi-task
- Flexible schedule
- CAAM or CMCA designation preferred but not required
- Pay is flexible and dependent on experience.
