POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and fast learning Warehouse Delivery Driver. This position reports into Warehouse Operations Supervisor in our Bay Area headquarters. The Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery of traffic control equipment to customer locations, as well intercompany equipment deliveries between City Rise & BATS locations. To be successful, the Delivery Driver must have good customer service and time management skills, and geographical knowledge of Northern California and surrounding areas. The Delivery Driver also assists with inventory cycle counts, receiving goods, and various warehouse-related duties under the direction of the Warehouse Lead and Manager.

DELIVERY POSITION DUTIES:

·        Reviewing delivery and pick-up schedules.

·        Loading and unloading deliveries and pick-ups.

·        Equipment quality checks / Cycle count of warehouse and company trucks. 

·        Delivering, placing and or picking up and uninstalling rental equipment to and from customers.

·        Reviewing traffic control plans for drop-off and pick-up locations.

·        Providing Customer Service.

·        GPS monitoring.

·        Updating delivery statuses in SalesForce and Inventory Management System. 

·        Other duties as assigned.

WAREHOUSE POSITION DUTIES:

·       Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure. Productivity targets are met or exceeded.

·       Provide support to the inventory department as needed.

·       PPE Equipment distribution and properly request equipment for re-stock.

·       Perform inventory of the required equipment allocated on every truck as needed.

·       Signing out transferring of equipment.

·       Keep towable equipment fully functional and in good operating conditions.

·       Creating Custom Signs.

·       Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE AMAZING AT:

·       High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

·       Valid CA Driver’s License and clear driving history.

·       Forklift certification preferred.

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

·       Previous experience in warehouse environment.

·       Previous experience in a delivery role.

·       Experience driving a medium duty truck, towing equipment.

·       Strong verbal, writing, and math skills.

·       Good geographical knowledge, GPS.

·       Excellent multi-tasking ability and time management skills.

·       Good Customer Service skills.

·       Can-do positive attitude.

·       Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

·       Great organizational skills.

·       Reliable, dependable.

·       Ability to lift 50 pounds.
