The City of Lawrence Homeless Solutions Division is seeking two part-time administrative assistants. These positions require meticulous attention to detail and eagerness to learn financial systems, grant application processes, and entering cooperative contracts with other agencies. The position is up to 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday—potential scheduling flexibility, though attendance and working in-person are expected.
The incumbent will manage data entry of program information, assist with research and grant projects, coordinate meetings/trainings, complete financial obligations for the division, and support the Homeless Solutions Director with additional special projects.
Qualifications:
