Accountant – is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role involves analyzing financial data to maintain accurate records and contribute to strategic financial decisions. The accountant will oversee multiple entity books, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and financial integrity across all accounts.

- Preparing accounting entries with proper supporting documentation
- Providing detailed analysis and explanation of transactions
- Ensuring entry of monthly payables and maintaining proper accruals
- Reconciliations; including but not limited to banking, general ledgers, and vendor statements
- Tracking and reporting prepaid costs and amortization schedules
- Creating and maintaining fixed asset ledgers
- Preparing documentation for audits
- Assist in processing of vendor invoices and payments
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple entities
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CMA or CPA certification is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles, including GAAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel and Outlook)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems or other financial software
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
