This includes managing teams, analyzing data, and creating metrics to improve service and cost delivery while executing on the shared services model and vision.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners. You will be able to lead change management initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred). 10 years of experience in a 3PL/Supply Chain/Shared Services environment with knowledge in logistics center operations and a basic understanding of general warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, customer service, and transportation practices.
