Description
This role involves performing a wide range of accounting, inventory, and budgetary tasks, supporting the efficient operation of the Public Works Department and Equipment Rental & Replacement (ER&R) programs. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining inventory and fuel records, preparing financial reports, reconciling databases, and ensuring compliance with established policies and regulations. The position also supports budgeting, vendor relations, training coordination, bid processes, and temporary employee hiring.
