Responsibilities You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and assess clients with legal transactions.Represent clients in court.Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.Advise clients on legal disputes for personal injury and civil litigation.Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.Comply with all legal standards and regulations.Manage all functions related to the practice of law.Qualifications JD and member of California Bar.Previous experience as a licensed attorney.Familiarity with various legal documents.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to build rapport with clients.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Participated in Depositions.Court Appearances.Motion Practice.Trial Work.Excellent writing skills.Regarding Remote Work : We allow our attorneys to work remotely when it is appropriate.
