JOB TITLE: Innovation Operations Coordinator

Position Summary: Coordinate commercialization instructions and review meetings with the production, innovation, and quality assurance personnel to ensure new and existing commercialization’s are communicated across departments. Provide feedback to clients on required changes/updates and assist in making those changes as appropriate. Confirms packaging information is accurate across all images of film, caddies, trays, and master cases as needed. Confirm pdf or image receipt of all images for film, caddies, trays, and master cases. Verify accuracy of image version numbers to the commercialization and to the ERP system. Verify accuracy of the film image versus the caddy image. Obtain client signed approval of final documents. Drive completion of actions spanning all departments to better serve clint needs.
This position supports both the Innovation and client Account Management functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reports to Director of Innovation and will work cross-functionally with all teams including Operations, Quality and Account Management.
- Coordinate commercialization review meetings for new and updated commercialization’s as needed.
- Complete commercialization reviews and communicating to the Senior Director of Accounts any deficiencies and additional client requests to fulfill accuracy of the commercialization documents.
- Confirm commercialization documents are maintained and accurate to internal formulas, current packaging, and synced across all platforms including Redzone, Plex (ERP), and commercialization records.
- Confirm all packaging is current across all processes including commercialization, ERP, and Redzone as needed.
- Upload to the ERP system: images for film, caddies, trays, and master cases.
- Capture and maintain client updates from commercialization forms.
- Draft and modify Project Briefs to capture accurately the client’s Innovation objectives.
- Obtain client sign off on approved documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Demonstrated history of taking initiative to drive activities to completion.
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Customer service skills
- Project management skills
- Diligent and well organized.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact in a positive way with all personnel within the organization.
- Familiarity with food industry packaging
- Experience with ERP or similar software
- Easily adjusts to changing circumstances, project priorities, and company growth
