Claremont Graduate University is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to support operational tasks within the Center of Information Systems and Technology. This position will assist the Director of CISAT with administrative duties, facilitate student success, and coordinate program events.
Job Description
- Assist the Director of CISAT with administrative tasks such as coordinating room management for events and maintaining accurate information in PeopleSoft.
- Facilitate student success by assisting with form processing for degree changes, tracking and submitting forms for milestones, and qualifying exams.
- Coordinate student dissertation defenses with students and faculty, including keeping track of dissertation committees and submitting appropriate forms.
- Coordinate and facilitate program events on and off campus, including orientation, guest speaker, and other CISAT-related events.

Benefits
This is a full-time, benefits-based, hourly position. The regular hours for this position are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. operating on a 37.5-hour work week. Hours may vary due to needs of the school. This position is on-site with the flexibility to work remotely up to 1 day per week with supervisor approval.
