Role Breakdown :
- Create a supportive and structured classroom environment.
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and IEP goals.
- Conduct assessments to determine students' educational needs and progress.
- Modify curriculum and instruction methods to accommodate students' varying needs.
- Provide emotional and social support to students, promoting a positive learning experience.
- Work closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support students' learning.
