Responsibilities
- Aggressively following up on leads to qualify, educate, and close deals via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle quotes, objections, negotiations, and ensure execution.
- Maintain and update CRM with sales pipeline and forecasts. Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor tactics.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and build a consistent revenue pipeline.
- Attend trade shows and collaborate with Marketing to maximize opportunities.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
Required:
- 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience working in telecommunications, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT.
- Familiarity with franchisor/franchisee relationships.
- Remote or hybrid after training visits to Southfield, Michigan headquarters.
- Travel to attend conferences and company events.
