The ideal candidate is a driven professional who thrives on exceeding sales goals, building long-term relationships, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in Claritype’s growth within the dental vertical by driving revenue and fostering customer success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Identify and qualify leads within the dental technology and analytics market.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with dental service organizations (DSOs), practices, and other stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and aligning them with Claritype’s solutions.
- Cross-Selling and Up-Selling : Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer accounts through cross-selling and up-selling. Educate customers on the value of additional Claritype products and services.
- Market Expertise : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the dental tech space. Leverage market insights to position Claritype’s solutions effectively.
- Collaboration and Reporting : Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and share feedback. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM tools.
