We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented, Consulting Operations Analyst to join our Service Implementation team at Clarivate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational functions of Clarivate’s Intellectual Property Software and Services team In this role, you will focus on efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness. You will provide support for the essential processes across Consulting Services.
About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor's degree in a business, liberal arts, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
1 year of academic or professional experience using Microsoft Excel
It would be great if you also had…
Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, or equivalent
Familiarity with project management tools such as Project Insight or MS-Project
Experience with procurement tool, Coupa
Experience with customer services, consulting services, or IP practices
What will you be doing in this role?
Resource Management: assist project managers with allocation of global consulting resources and schedule optimization.
Project Management: assist project managers with monitoring project schedules, time entry and reporting.
Invoicing: Support invoicing processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and address discrepancies and corrections as needed.
Revenue Forecasting: Assist in forecasting revenue based on project schedules and deliverables, providing insights to support financial planning.
Data Collection and Reporting: Gather data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Communication and Problem Solving: Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth operational cooperation. Maintain open communication with managers, consultants, and vendors. Identify and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.
About the Team
You will work closely and report to the Senior Manager of Consulting Services. This position is a part of the larger Service Implementation team that handles all of the operational processes for the team. You will focus on our North America operations but will collaborate with teams in other countries as well.

Full Time, Permanent
This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in any of our US Clarivate offices
