The Clark County (Indiana) Prosecutor's Office is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Legal Secretary.
Job Duties include preparing criminal charges under the supervision of a deputy prosecutor, preparing legal papers and correspondence, managing calendars, electronically filing court documents and other necessary records.
Education, experience and skills required are:
Associate or Bachelor Degree
Legal office experience preferred
Good communication skills with other staff, public and courts
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
Ability to work with other staff in a high volume office and maintain a positive attitude
Highly organized and able to organize a workload and establish priorities
