COMPENSATION : Begins at $22.25 / Hour
WORK CALENDAR : 220 Days
STANDARD HOURS : 8 Hours / Day 40 Hours / Week

PERF : CPCSC is a Non-PERF District
- Assists with State reporting (Homebound, SE, SE Termination, and SE evaluation)
- Prepares December 1 SE state reporting materials
- Orders materials and supplies for the Student Support Team Department
- Completes Special Education Excess Cost processes such as applications, workbook, and invoices
- Completes CPCSC IEP student transfers
- Prepares manifestation determination materials for Director and Asst. Director
- Attends weekly department meetings
- Monitors Student Support Team financials such as grant and account balances
- Processes payroll claims, purchase orders, credit card claims, and mileage forms
- Organize and maintain contracts for outside services
- Manages IDOE ED-ID portal by syncing new student enrollees, withdrawn students, and CPELC evaluations with CPCSC systems
- Prepares professional development events - completes calendar invitations, room reservations, catering, set up, and tear down
- Creates IIEP accounts for new employees and assists with onboarding
- Arranges registration and travel details for conferences and conventions
- Processes recurring monthly expenses
- Prepares interview materials, schedules interviews, issues invitations
- Completes monthly IEP compliance reports
- Facilitates specialized transportation with alternate vendors as well as maintain local transportation forms in Google Drive
- Coverage of Administration front desk as assigned
- Completes digital filing
- Other duties as assigned
