Clark's White Glove Delivery is looking for an Account Manager for one of our premier clients. As an Account Manager with Clark's WGD you would be responsible for the following.
- Scheduling customer furniture deliveries
- Answering inbound calls
- Working as a liaison between our customers and this premier client
- Running daily reports
- Tracking delivery metrics using Excel and other programs
- Maintaining a positive interaction with all customers and fellow co workers.
Required Experience
- Phone Skills
- Excel, Google & all around computer knowledge & know how
- Direct experience working with customers
