Classen View Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist-Client Service Representative to join our team. We are a busy veterinary practice in Northwest Oklahoma City that specializes in treating small animals and the occasional exotic or pocket pet.
The Receptionist (CSR) position is responsible for providing the highest quality of service and care to our clients and patients in a courteous and attentive manner. Our basic duties include greeting our clients, engaging in all aspects of client service, using a multi line phone system, utilizing veterinary software to check clients in and out, providing a welcoming attitude and are proficient in conveying information in a clear manner to Doctors and clients. Classen View is looking for a someone with previous customer care experience. Veterinary experience is a plus but we will train a qualified candidate with no previous veterinary experience. This position is perfect for anyone who wants to continue growing in the veterinary field and enjoys building a relationship with clients, patients and our well established team and doctors.
The hours/days required for this position is as follows:
Tuesday 7:45-6 pm with lunch break
Thursday 7:45 am- 6 pm with lunch break
Friday 2-6 pm
4 holiday shifts (2 hours) annually to assist caring for our boarding pets.
