• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Preparing accurate estimates according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Partnering with insurance companies to manage customer claims efficiently.
• Maintaining effective communication with customers to keep them informed of progress.
• Collaborating with technicians to confirm damage assessments.
• Conducting thorough quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid driver's license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in collision estimating is preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems like CCC1 is an asset.
• I-CAR / ASE certification is highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills.

Work Environment:

This role requires occasional prolonged standing, sitting, and walking.
