What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at Classic Collision?
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Dispatch, and schedule appointments accurately.
- Invoicing accurately
- Answer questions via 8x8 related to status update and create service request.
- Escalate requests/questions as needed

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Have a general competency using Windows operating system.
- Customer service background is a must.
- Professional phone presence both inbound/outbound calling
- Call Center background a plus.
- Understanding of the Collision industry a very big plus.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Basic Computer Skills
- Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- Basics Microsoft Office
- Mastery of Microsoft teams is required.
