Job Description:
Experienced Executive Assistant
Seeking Full-time Executive Assistant, 40 hours per week for Clayton Capital Partners, Inc. (CCP), a leading middle market Investment Banking firm located in St. Louis and Cathedral Properties, owner of local residential and commercial real estate. Training and work will be performed in a fully vaccinated, professional office environment in our Clayton office.
Responsibilities include a variety of support activities including answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing calendars and processing mail in a Highly Professional Environment.
1. Must be highly professional in attire and etiquette
2. Have previous experience in a professional setting
3. Have the ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines
5. Must demonstrate self-initiative
6. Must have strong attention to detail
7. Must have excellent organizational skills
8. Must have the ability to work well within a team
9. Must have effective communication skills with internal and external individuals in various functional areas and at all levels of management
10. Microsoft OneNote experience a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
