Clayton Services is searching for a Project Administrator to join a thriving company in Houston, TX. The Project Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that project scheduling, financial oversight, progress evaluations, estimating, and budget management across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Job Type: Direct-Hire
Pay Rate: $60,000-$65,000/year

Project Administrator Responsibilities:
- Creates and maintains baseline and monthly schedules, cost reports, portfolio reports, and customer reports (as needed) for projects.
- Prepares reports according to the project reporting calendar, outlining progress, actual figures, forecasts, and variance explanations.
- Enhances and supports the regional team's capabilities to address business needs across the diverse portfolio of offerings.
- Collaborates closely with other regional and global teams to ensure effective resource sharing, implementation of lessons learned, application of best practices, and development of appropriate work processes and procedures for global execution teams.
- Adheres to AP's established standard processes, procedures, and formats required for corporate reporting and deliverables.
- Implements best practices, principles, and knowledge to optimize project control activities and deliverables.
- Offers general administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Organizes and manages departmental records and files.
Project Administrator Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on numerous projects at once and multi-task.
- Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to engage with external and internal stakeholders.
Project Administrator Education and Experience:
- A minimum of an associate's degree is preferred.
- Experience in energy, oil and gas, and/or engineering industries is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in Portuguese is a plus.
