The Project Administrator provides administrative support to our division and field managers. The person in this role is responsible for gathering and processing information required to prepare, execute, and analyze landscape maintenance, irrigation, and installation projects. Specific responsibilities include:
Processing project bid submittals and managing documentation for newly awarded projects
Applying for job credit lines with select material vendors
Maintaining schedules for material deliveries and installations
Reviewing and approving timesheets for field crew members
Securing city permits, requesting line locates, and coordinating water meter installations
Communicating with subcontractors and processing pay applications
Updating project management software and AIA sheets
Dratting irrigation proposals, using prepared templates
Essential Qualifications
Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
Strong communication and math skills
Minimum five (5) years of Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace experience
Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly goal-oriented, and deadline-driven environment
Desired Qualifications
Landscape industry experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
