Job responsibilities for a Project Administrator:
- Project folder and maintenance
- Project billing
- Generation of schedule of values
- Data submittals for client sign-off
- Project data entry
- Time sheet/time tracking/expense report/mileage/credit card validation
- Service tickets
- Incentive commission validation
How to Be Successful as a Project Administrator:
- Have a high school diploma, some college or equivalent training and / or work experience is preferable
- TRACK experience is a plus
- Have 2 years of administrative experience, construction experience is preferrable
- Be on-time and reliable
- Have strong knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn other software as needed
- Current, valid driver's license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
