System Analyst

Clayton Services is searching for a System Analyst to join a thriving company in Houston, Texas. The System Analyst administers and maintains OpenInvoice, ensuring smooth integration with other financial and ERP systems.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $80,000-$100,000/year

System Analyst Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain OpenInvoice, ensuring smooth integration with other financial and ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenInvoice.
• Customize OpenInvoice workflows to meet business needs and optimize invoice processing.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and accounting policies.
• Manage and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain system efficiency
• Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
• Make recommendations for upgrades
• Evaluate and modify system performance

System Analyst Qualifications and Experience:

• Familiarity with vendor management and contract management processes.
