GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Logistics/Operations will be in charge of managing our technicians arrive on site at the right time ready to work. This position will focus on ensuring jobs get completed properly and on time to make the customers happy. This entails being in contact with our technicians while they are on the road.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Add jobs to calendar
- Performs general office duties.
- Follows and has knowledge in methods and equipment used in the prevention, control, or remediation of environmental hazards.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
- Coordinates crews of field technicians in various locations and jobs
- Ensures technicians are following Company’s quality control standards
- Critical thinking to ensure business functions efficiently.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Skills and Abilities
- Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and email or text
- Organizational ability to exceed the standard to improve operational performance.
- Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion with business information.
- Reads and understands documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Writes routine reports and correspondence.
- Uses software for inputting, changing work orders internal to company.
