What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Clean H20 Pro's?
We are a growing water filtration company seeking a part time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, professional to complete a variety of administrative duties
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling - be able to accurately estimate drive times and schedule sales reps, and installers all over the state
- Restocking - ensuring the office has adequate supplies and break room is consistently stocked for all employees.
- Clerical - Making outbound and receiving inbound calls from customers and potential sales.
- Team Oriented- Be able to efficiently work along side with other employees and staff.
- Forwarding - Must be able to accurately forward calls and efficiently place customers on hold to transfer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of customer service.
- Must posses a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must be proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Must be able to write and edit documents such as memos, reports and other correspondence.
- Be able to type a minimum of 30 wpm.
- Possess the ability to deal tactfully with new and existing customers
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Obtain the ability to pass a background check
Spanish Speaking is a plus
PAY:
Based on experience:
$17 - $21/hr
