About the Job:
- This is an exciting opportunity to join our safety-focused team and contribute to our mission of protecting the environment and promoting sustainable business practices
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, with a focus on growing revenue and increasing customer satisfaction
- Work closely with route drivers to convert new sales opportunities and grow current customer base with new lines of business
- Prepare and deliver customer quotes, as well as prospect and convert leads into customers
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and budgets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
What You'll Need:
- Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
- Tenacious, assertive, and strong organizational skills, with a hunter mentality
- Proven ability to develop a book of business and work effectively in a team environment
- Working knowledge and current use of Salesforce.com is a plus
- 3 years business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills (MS Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Time and territory management skills to ensure focus on value-added sales activities
