Dry Van Trucking Route Owner Operator

Position Overview
As an Owner Operator for Clean Harbors, you will be responsible for operating tractor trailer units, ensuring proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste, and maintaining daily logs and reports. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class A CDL truck drivers who value safety, customer satisfaction and career growth.

Responsibilities

1. Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
2. Operates tractor trailer units.
3. Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units.
4. Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads.
5. Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations.
6. Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
• 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software.
