About the Role:
As the HR Manager, you will lead and direct all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and talent development. You’ll work closely with the VP of HR and leadership teams to support our current and future talent needs, drive retention strategies, and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with the VP of HR to execute CleanFiber’s talent strategy, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
Lead the hiring process from sourcing candidates to onboarding top talent.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, and sensitive issues.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
Analyze trends in compensation, benefits, and workforce planning to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
Develop learning and development initiatives to help employees grow and succeed.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, investigations, and compliance with care and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain best HR practices.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of HR generalist experience preferred, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment (required).
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desired.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
