What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Regional Director position at CleanNet of Houston, Inc.?
A well-established top-rated national company in commercial cleaning and disinfecting services is actively recruiting a Regional Director in its regional Operations Center in Houston, Texas. The applicant must possess prior commercial cleaning experience and ability to perform the following functions.
- Ensure that leads generated and proposals submitted meet or exceed minimum company standards
- Review and meet with to QC every morning at 8:30 a.m. to ensure that there is not an excessive contract loss by the QC department and to review status of customer contacts
- Review briefly at the end of everyday with the outside sales all the contracts proposed and leads generated
- Have a meeting with each sales person at the end of each Monday and Wednesday between four and five PM to see where they have been and where they will be the next day and to review proposals information form on each sales persons desk every day to see where they have been, how many proposals were submitted the previous day with percentage chance of closing
- Attend Scheduled staff meetings every Friday from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM with sales staff and to review their work, compare what they have sold for the week to what they told you they will sell this week on the previous week’s meetings
- Review their weekly calendar to ensure they were in the office making appointments for themselves if they did not have pre-set appointments in the field
- Prepare weekly reports for Headquarters (company owned locations only)
- Meet with telemarketer to determine where they should call and how many appointments they have set for the week
- Review each sales person on how many telemarketing leas and how many self generated leads they have been to including how many proposals submitted for the week
- To ensure no less than fifteen proposals have been submitted for the week per sales person
- Prepare and send payroll information in HQ
- Help A/P, A/R staff to collect from late paying customers
- Prepare reports for commission check due
- Review the aging report and assist the A/R department in collections
- Franchise sales and perform franchise presentations to prospect business owners
