CleanPower, Wisconsin’s leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee a territory in the Wausau area. This is primarily a 2nd shift position, but requires some flexibility.
Salary: $50K $500 Monthly Car Allowance Bonus Opportunity!!
Territory: Wausau, Mosinee, Tomahawk, Rhinelander, Colby, Medford, Antigo, Eagle River, Wabeno, Woodruff, Minocqua, Abbotsford, and Withee
Job duties include:
Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facilities
Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
Initial and ongoing training of staff
Ordering supplies
Managing labor and supply budgets
Conducting quality control inspections
Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Min 2 years of management experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Janitorial or other service related background
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
