Urgent Care Regional Manager

ClearChoiceMD is searching for a Regional Managers for our growing Vermont locations in Brattleboro,  Berlin, Rutland, and South Burlington centers. The Regional Manager is a level of managerial support to the Center Managers.  The purpose of this position is to ensure that the overall operation of the centers are handled in accordance with company policy and direction. Regional Manager will oversee appointed centers and work directly with the Center Managers and the Home Team.  This position will work to ensure the centers are operating to the level of expectation CCMD requires. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Regional Manager tasks include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the center adheres to ClearChoiceMD’s Standard of Excellence
• Ensuring the center flow is effective and productive
• Review staffing and staffing ratios on a regular basis
• Maintain corporate culture across centers
• Implementation of center policy and procedures
• Supervision of patient flow in order to maintain efficiency and stay within the ClearChoiceMD guidelines for patient transit times
• Supervises quality of patient care and provides feedback and training as needed.
• Administers annual performance reviews for center managers
• Ensure that the physical building is kept neat, clean and professional. Reports all facility issues beyond normal cleaning to Facilities Director for review. 
• Ensure all administrative responsibilities are completed by center managers or their delegates.
• Assist with clinical shifts as needed.

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
