To join our team as a Residential Field Specialist! The Residential Field Specialist acts as local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. Perform AC system tune-ups, install energy efficient equipment, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, perform AC tune-ups, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Provides technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications. Troubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends solutions.
Successful candidates for this role will reside in Northwest Arkansas. (Lowell, Fayettville, Rodgers, Springdale, Johnson, Bentonville) *Company Vehicle Provided*

Travel throughout a defined territory performing AC Tune Ups. *Company Vehicle Provided*
Train field staff and develop training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance with client specifications.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of residential energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis
Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products
Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues

3 years of relevant experience in energy efficiency, or other relevant area
High School Diploma or Associates degree preferred
Strong customer service and client relationship skills, and enthusiasm for energy conservation
EPA Card required
Physical Nature of the Job
Ability to stand for long periods of time, possibly on ladders
Lift over 30 lbs. at times
Crawl into small spaces
Work in all climates (i.e. hot attics, cold basements)
Bending, crouching, kneeling
Type of Work
Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day (this is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers’ homes)
Ability to pivot work hours; elongated schedules may be required at times
Compensation Range:
$25-$28 / USD Hourly

Are at least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
