We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position is responsible for supporting and assisting our customers and partners. The Customer Service Representative will answer the phone, enter orders, and assist customers with account inquiries including change orders, pricing, special pricing agreements and inventory requests. This will be a Temp to Hire position.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide quality service to customers by responding to customer needs and inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other department staff.
• General customer service (phones, email), order entry, invoicing, generate quotes and special pricing agreement management and other tasks as needed and assigned.
Hours:
40 hours per week: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Qualifications:
• Customer Service experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Education:
• High School Diploma minimum – some College preferred.
Compensation:
• $19-21/hour with 10% annual variable compensation
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass Social Security Verification
- Must have clear Background
- Must be able to pass typing test
- Must be able to create a professionally written response to a generic customer service question during interview
