What are the responsibilities and job description for the Institutional Operations Analyst - Hybrid Remote position at Clearstead?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Institutional Operations Analyst - Hybrid Remote to join our downtown Cleveland, Ohio wealth management firm. This position is responsible for supporting the Institutional Managing Directors in various functions by offering high quality client interaction and administrative support.
This position offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week after initial training period.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with institutional clients by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Support client account maintenance and administration, including interacting with custodians, processing transactions, updating records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilizes and follows departmental policies and procedures and recommends enhancements
- Processes account openings, closures, onboardings and offboarding
- Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers, analysts, and compliance, to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Document procedures as needed to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Maintain and organize client documentation and information, ensuring all records are up-to-date
- Assist in the onboarding process for new institutional clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed while also ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our services.
- Administer private investments including completing subscription documents and coordinating funding
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned to support the team
