Clearwater Cardiovascular Consultants, a large and successful cardiology practice serving Pinellas County is currently seeking a full-time, enthusiastic addition to our growing practice. Centrally located in downtown Clearwater, we offer competitive wage structure and benefits.
Description:
This individual will support the non-clinical needs for the company’s invasive service line, performing general office, receptionist, and administrative assistant duties. The following is a list of the primary responsibilities of the position.
1. Serve as liaison between patients/family and clinical staff
2. Serve as receptionist to arriving patients and maintain lobby area in a clean and orderly condition
3. Triage incoming telephone calls and route them effectively
4. Acquire, print and organize documentation for procedures; upload finalized procedural records into patient’s medical record
5. Assist clinical staff in supplies order procurement
6. Provide administrative support to department manager and clinical staff
7. Assist with quality assurance documentation
Experience:
Required – a minimum two years of similar recent work history
Required – excellent communication and customer service skills
Required – sound computer skills, with experience in MS Word and MS Excel
Required – Applicant will be required to undergo and have a clean criminal background check and will be subject to pre-employment drug screen
Work Hours/Shift:
Mon – Fri (typically 6:45am – 3:15pm, but may vary)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
