Join Clemens Food Group as a Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Intern for the summer of 2025, where you'll gain hands-on experience in day-to-day plant operations and FSQA tasks. This is a unique opportunity to perform quality assessments related to product specifications, quality interventions, team member practices, sanitation, and more. As an intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on FSQA-related projects that contribute to our goal of producing safe and high-quality food products. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in group activities with other interns, learn about Clemens' business processes, and immerse yourself in the company culture and values.

Responsibilities
As an FSQA Intern, you will :
- Perform quality assessments on product specifications, team member practices, sanitation, and other FSQA-related tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute FSQA-related projects, supporting our goal of producing safe, high-quality food.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements related to product quality and operational efficiency.
- Participate in the analysis of quality interventions and contribute to the optimization of FSQA protocols.
- Gain hands-on experience with plant operations and contribute to ensuring food safety compliance.
