As the Harvest Superintendent, you will be a cornerstone in driving operational efficiency and ensuring the Safety, Animal Welfare, Food Safety, Quality, and Financial performance of the operation. You will also be a key leader in the facility's relationship with USDA. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, encourage innovative problem-solving, and ensure plant systems remain robust and reliable. You’ll oversee budgets, manage capital projects, and prioritize team engagement and development to elevate team performance.
Hours – 6 AM – 4 : 00 PM (Approximate. The Harvest Superintendent is expected to be available until the Harvest is completed) Saturday coverage as needed.
