We are currently looking for a Full Time Accounts Payable Receivable Coordinator. This role is responsible for the preparation and processing of all accounts payable checks, as well as the preparation and processing of all apartment bills.
Responsibilities include :
- Verifies all check requisitions and invoices for proper authorization.
- Processes of payments with 98% accuracy. (assigns correct expense account numbers, data entry, etc.)
- Maintains organized accounts payable files.
- Track outgoing payments
- Monitor company expenditures
- Verify Expense Reports
- Review vendor and service provider agreements
- Negotiate with Venders and service providers to secure discounts
- Pay vendors and service providers
- Reconcile statements and payment records
- Ensure payment credits are applied correctly
