Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co, a leading Cat dealer, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee Shop Service personnel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising service personnel to ensure efficient job completion and high-quality delivery performance.
- Collaborating with sales and customers to coordinate truck body installs and new deliveries.
- Maintaining existing sales relationships and increasing sales to existing and new customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues and maintaining a high level of service excellence.
- Managing service expenses and profitability while meeting Key Process indicators (KPI) targets.
- Efficiently managing work-in-process (WIP) by ensuring timely closure of work orders.
- Conducting regular safety meetings, enforcing safety policies, and investigating job-related accidents or safety concerns.
- Coordinating outside vendor repairs and ensuring warranty requirements are met.
- Enforcing Company policies and procedures while conducting performance evaluations and coaching/mentoring team members.
Requirements:
- 10 years diesel repair experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Class 7 Inspection license preferred
- Class A or B CDL preferred
