Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is seeking an experienced Talent Development Manager to join our team in western Pennsylvania. In this role, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention. You will also partner with business leaders and general managers to influence and execute HR initiatives such as succession planning, coaching & feedback, leadership development, and employee engagement and retention plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation as an HR Generalist/HR Operations and understand the business strategy drives the HR strategy. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn the business, understand the challenges, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful and impactful HR solutions.
