Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Counter Attendant.
Are you ready to embark on an opportunity that blends your parts experience with excellent customer service? We're seeking a Parts Counter Attendant at our New Stanton, PA location.
Our ideal candidate would be someone with a drive to win in both a solo and team environment. This candidate would possess Parts skills and some industrial background (preferably in on-highway Trucks or similar). A positive attitude coupled with a genuine desire to assist customers.
Job Duties:
- Answer parts phone calls.
- Assist customers with their parts needs.
- Issue parts to shop mechanics.
- Place orders for Caterpillar and Allied parts.
- Utilize parts data bases.
- Research back-orders.
- Research customer credit status.
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with product line.
- Customer service skills.
- Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to learn new systems.
