Responsibilities:
- Lead daily quality meetings to discuss quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering to develop and implement visual standards and control plans.
- Develop and execute quality training programs to educate employees on quality policies and procedures.
- Communicate quality performance metrics and trends to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field required.
- 3 years quality engineering and/or engineering experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
